Donation Requests

To be considered for a donation request:

  • Must be a 501(c)(3) organization
  • Organization can only apply once per year
  • Inquiry must be at least one month prior to the event
  • Colorado Ballet will supply one pair of tickets unless otherwise noted by staff member
  • Inquiry must be for a silent auction event only (i.e. it must be raising money for the organization's mission in the community), not as a prize

Please note that we cannot fulfill all donation requests.  In order to thoroughly review and potentially approve your request, please provide the following information via hard copy mail on your organization’s letterhead.  Please do not send these documents via email.

The information we require includes the following:

  • Event Title
  • Event Date
  • Contact Person Name, Email, and Telephone who is making the request
  • Tax ID Number
  • Donation Request form for your organization
