“You did a wonderful job of describing the ballet! You tell the story well, and describe the actions that accompany it. I find it very easy to follow the plot and visualize exactly what is happening on stage as you describe it. Thanks for your time and efforts to make the ballet a wonderful experience for all of us who are blind and visually impaired. I love it...”
Colorado Ballet is happy to offer audio-described performances so that blind and visually impaired patrons can enjoy our performances. Headsets are provided at the coat check at the Ellie for your convenience. Pre-performance backstage "sensory tours" are available upon request, so that patrons of all ages may explore sets, costuming and choreography hands-on, as well as learn more about the production. After purchasing your tickets for one of the following dates, contact Anne at 303-339-1632 or Anne.OConnor@ColoradoBallet.org to reserve your space in the tour.
Single tickets go on sale July 15, 2013.
