Anna Sofia Bridge grew up in Los Alamos, New Mexico, and trained at New Mexico Dance Theater. She was also a senior member of the NMDT Performance Company under the artistic direction of Susan Baker-Dillingham. Anna continued her training at the School for Classical & Contemporary Dance at Texas Christian University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BFA in Ballet and Modern Dance and a minor in Arts Administration. At TCU, Anna was a recipient of the Nordan Fine Arts Scholarship and the Walt Steimel Dance Scholarship.
Since moving to Denver in 2012, Anna has performed for two seasons with Dawson|Wallace Dance Project, two seasons with BRIAH Dansé, and three seasons with Zikr Dance Ensemble.
Anna is thrilled to join the Colorado Ballet Academy. She is also currently on faculty at A Time To Dance in Monument, CO, where she teaches ballet and contemporary styles, choreographs and coaches students for the Denver Ballet Guild and Youth America Grand Prix competitions. In the Denver area, she has also taught at Metropolitan Academy of Dance and Littleton Dance Academy.
