Enjoy a sneak peek of Colorado Ballet’s upcoming performance of ALICE (in wonderland) and hear from Principal Dancer Sharon Wehner, who is celebrating her 20th season with Colorado Ballet!
Behind the Scenes Luncheons are your opportunity to hear artists of Colorado Ballet talk about the upcoming production and answer your questions. After lunch, look in on dress rehearsal and see the dancers in action! The entrée is Herb Roasted Chicken Breast, Broccolini, Butternut Squash Puree, Fingerling Potatoes, and Rosemary Jus.

Ellie Caulkins Opera House
Lose your head at Colorado Ballet's Queen of Hearts Ball on February 25 at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House. Start the evening off with cocktails, appetizers and an incredible silent auction! Indulge in a delicious three course meal by Kevin Taylor at the Chambers Grant Salon. The evening’s entertainment will include a performance by Colorado Ballet dancers performing sections from the ballet ALICE (in wonderland). In addition, Tom Wopat, who began his career as Luke Duke in The Dukes of Hazzard and went on to become a Tony-nominated Broadway singer, television and movie actor will perform live. Two of Wopat’s songs will be accompanied by a performance by Colorado Ballet dancers, with new choreography by Sandra Brown, Colorado Ballet’s Ballet Mistress and Choreographer. Top off the evening with dancing on the stage of the Ellie Caulkins Opera House!

Join Colorado Ballet and Clyfford Still Museum for an evening that explores the architecture of dance. In this special performance, dancers from Colorado Ballet will engage the audience in a conversation about how a dance is constructed. Experience a behind-the scenes look at the creative process that leads up to a forthcoming presentation, Ballet Director’s Choice, to be presented March 25-27 at the Newman Center for Performing Arts.
