About Buckstein:

Buckstein is Colorado grown - born and raised at 5280. Matt started singing as soon as he found out that the “chicks dig it”. He attributes his love of country music to his father who played it all the time when he was a kid. He reached the top 40 of American Idol in Season 6 of the show and came back to Denver with music on the brain. The rest is history. He hopes to keep singing “until the last person leaves the room.”

Troy GuardAbout Troy Guard:

“Food is the connection that lets me express who I am.” Chef Troy Guard began his career under fusion legend Roy Yamaguchi, opening and running restaurants all over the world. After stints in Hong Kong, New York, and Singapore, he met Richard Sandoval and began transforming the food scene in Denver. His restaurants Zengo, TAG, TAG Raw Bar, Sugarmill, and the latest Guard and Grace are the top culinary hot spots in Denver.
